[antlr-interest] Missing ParserSharedInputState.cpp

When I attempt to build antlrD.dll, Visual Studio says:
I do not have the file \antlr-2.7.2\lib\cpp\src\ParserSharedInputState.cpp 
Where can I get ParserSharedInputState.cpp?
