I think that getting video will be a hassle.  I follow precisely along 
with my lecture notes in class and usually say "on page 4" (I'll do 
everything in PDF to ensure same page) so audio should be enough.

I have a nice sony minidisc recorder, which I can (d/a then a/d) get 
into my mac (stupid thing has a one-way USB from mac to minidisc).
