[antlr-interest] buggy namespace options processing in C# generation

Hi All!


In docs on antlr site it is written that namespace options can be 
specified either for entire grammar or for particular lexer/parser. 
But when generating to C# it only works at global scope. Namespace 
specification in local options block results in "invalid option" 
error.


( ANTLR 2.7.2. used )
