[antlr-interest] Link errors in calc example (was (unknown) )

Adding the libcmtd.lib to the ignored libraries (project options) could
perhaps solve your problem, but before you do this, you should first check
whether the antlr static library and the calc exe are linked against the
same runtime library variant (usually you would choose Multithreaded DLL
debug or release).
