[antlr-interest] I cannot compile antlr-2.7.2rc2 cpp dll

Hi,

DLL build is mostly broken for MSVC. There are some posts in the archive
that may offer a solution. I recall that using STLPort as STL
implementation fixed a lot of the trouble. YMMV though.
