[antlr-interest] ok, fixed upload for wacky filenames :)

Ok, the file sharing thing is saner now...it deals with PC and unix 
filenames by ensuring just the actual filename is used and it rejects 
any spaces in the actual filename (the path is irrelevant--nice of the 
PC browser to send it anyway...bloody M$).

So, share away :)

Thanks for the patches from the C# generator folks and the tip that my 
file upload was hosed ;)
