[antlr-interest] how to install antlr.........

hai,

   I am new to this Antlr group...I have downloaded ANTLR..But i don't 
know how to install it..& work with ANTLR...From the manual,I came to know 
that to change Environmental  path variable...but i don't know how to 
change that one...I am having JDK1.3 installed in my system...Tell me in 
detail how to install and work...
