[antlr-interest] 2.6.0 and Japanese

Greetings!!!

Is there a way to change some files and get 2.6.0 to work with 
Japanese characters . I tried switching to 2.7.2 but my application 
crashes . I dont mind changing lines of code to support Japanese and 
keeping the version as it is .

Also has naybody tried using 2.7.2 with Japanese characters does the 
parser work satisfactorily.

Any inputs highly appreciated .
