[antlr-interest] xsd:all issue

I would like to generate anltr parser for xsd:all (xml schema).
Especially to handle this case that element in xsd:all reference 
itself.
In grammar, I genrate all the elements in xsd:all as sub rules which 
parent xsd type is a rule as well.
Appreciate any response.
