[antlr-interest] selective case insensitive

You will notice that the generated lexer uses a map to hold the literals.
You could replace that map with one that had logic for your requirements.

How do I do lexical analysis that is case insensitive.
 But then at times I need it to be case sensitive.I
tried using CharScanner.setCaseSensitive(...) actione
before the specific rule, but it did not work.
