[antlr-interest] Runtime-only JAR?

I would like to see the two jars but think that they should be
renamed the other way round.

   antlr.jar - Has everything as in 2.7.2, was antlrall in 2.7.1
   antlrrun.jar - Runtime only, was called antlr in 2.7.1
