[antlr-interest] Docs about -traceParser and -traceLexer

Hello I've been using those flags in order to track how the parser/lexer
does its work. But there have been some things that are consfusing for
me.

is there documentation available?


Also, is it possible to use the parserview if I'm using the C#
generator?
