[antlr-interest] Problem in building antlr.lib

Try Ric Klaren's development snapshot, it contains changes specially for
MSVC:
http://wwwhome.cs.utwente.nl/~klaren/antlr/

If you want to build a DLL, you can check out my instructions on the
antlr.org file sharing section.
