This one is very helpfull (only disadvantage nmake and lib utilities are
missing). I must btw do a mea culpa on the tip from last time. While
getting nmake form the .NET stuff I noticed it had installed into multiple
directories one containing the compilers as well :/

I can now build the 2.7.4 rc candidate into a dll (did not get to trying
examples with the generated dll) Static lib no luck since the lib tool is
missing (unless the one in a win64 directory is usable, but did not get to
try that last night)

Cheers,

Ric
