[antlr-interest] selector do not exist in C++ mode

Hi, I am trying to understand the multiplexing of lexers but I am
stuck because when I try to get the example of the documentation (but
translated to C++ not Java), it tells me that selector.push("mylexer")
is not a method of the lexer.

Does anybody have an example of multiplexing in C++?
