I believe Sinan Karasu completed one (not open source.) For evidence see
http://www.jguru.com/forums/view.jsp?EID=2534.
Hopefully he will pop up if he's still subscribing to the list. I could
have sworn he's posted about it but couldn't find his posts on the yahoo
groups site.
If I recall correctly he either had to do most of the work in the lexer or
he simply returned characters from the lexer and did quite a bit of lexing
in the parser.
