[antlr-interest] added some code gen blog notes

Today I gave some thought to what ANTLR 3's intermediate form parser 
"language" will look like:

I'm contemplating going from grammar to an intermediate text format 
language and then going back to a tree.  May not be worth it, but 
useful for debugging/testing etc...
