[antlr-interest] Re: C# generation bug - mutiple decls in same scope [possible fix]

I've fixed the problem (at least for my case) by commenting out
line 1910 of CSharpCodeGenerator.java
(which reads bSaveIndexCreated = false; )
I don't know if this is the correct general fix or if there are other
cases which will also need a similar fix, but it works-for-me^tm.
