[antlr-interest] Translating from Java to C++

Hello,

For what it is worth if you want something free there are all Bruce Eckel's 
books for download:
	http://mindview.net/Books

(The above books are ok, i will refrain from saying the above are the best 
books or anything...mr eckel holds strong opinions on some dubious things 
ie his arguments about checked exceptions).

The Stroustrup book mentioned previously is good as a reference i would 
only use it to learn C++ if you previously had a strong background in other 
OO languages.  Similarly the Meyer's books i have seen are also good as a 
list of idioms to follow *once* you have a reasonable basics in the language.
