Quick update to Ter's announcement:

The TokenStreamRewriteEngine and ParseTree derivation/debugging
features are also present in ANTLR/C#. See the following sample
projects in the distribution:
    antlr-2.7.3rc3/examples/csharp/TokenStreamRewrite/
    antlr-2.7.3rc3/examples/csharp/ParseTreeDebug/
