[antlr-interest] CSharp treeview

I've updated the CSparser at
http://www.debreuil.com/CSharp/

Not quite finished, but you can see what is left. I probably have another
week before it gets down to less obvious bugs... You can view cs files in a
tree viewer now (just drag cs files into CSharp.exe).

I'll put it in the file section once it is fully done if that is ok...
