[antlr-interest] Lookahead set merging

This is because Antlr uses a linear approximate lookahead rather than 
full LL(k).  See the dicumentation, in the Glossary, under "Linear 
approximate lookahead".  Also see the notes in the options section, 
under the "k" option.
