[antlr-interest] 2.7.4 bug fix release is out

Howdy folks,

I didn't get the default charVocabulary thing in as I wanted to study 
it a bit more and wanted 2.7.4 out before I get slammed this last week 
of the semester.  Then off to New York to present StringTemplate paper 
at WWW2004. :)
