[antlr-interest] grammar nondeterminism warnings for 3.0

Howdy,

I'm working on the last hard problem before I can sprint to the finish 
on basic lexing/parsing for 3.0: displaying useful information to the 
programmer about what is wrong with their grammars.  Just wrote up my 
thoughts on the 3.0 nondeterminism warning mechanism:

I have most of what I need to generate good messages, but I needed to 
explore what we really wanted so I can put the final touches on the 
error management system.
