The J# libs aren't installed with .NET?  Then that is just as bad as 
installing Cygin or the JRE in terms of not being standalone.  

If the J# libs are redistributable, not too big, and I can install 
them with the antlr executable then that would be great.  That would 
make the most logical sense since everything else is .Net.  I'll 
check into it.
