[antlr-interest] Lookahead problems

Also, I'm trying to compile the new ANTLR snapshot from Ric Klarens
website with MSVCC 7.1 (MSVS.NET 2003) in hope it might help things. There
seems to be a problem with the use of std::for_each and std::upper_bound
in TokenStreamRewriteEngine.cpp. Can someone confirm this?
