installing a Plug-In for Eclipse that has an Update-Site is pretty easy.
First you have to finde the URL of the update site, in this case:
Then you go within Eclipse to Help -> Find and Install Updates. There
you can add a new Update-Site and search for updates from that site.
Afterwards you can select what to install (Make sure you pick the
package in version 3.xx for Eclipse 3!) and your done after the download
and some questions.
Eclipse plugins come bundled with everything you need, and everything is
contained within Eclipse, so it won't replace your normal ANTLR
distribution.

Regards,
Martin
