[antlr-interest] ANTLR 2.7.5 Bug

I forgot to mention I'm using the source distribution. I had a quick look
and the recover method is also missing from CharScanner.java in the source
distribution.

Hmm...Michael can correct me, but I thought we fixed that right before
2.7.5 shipped...maybe it was just after.
