[antlr-interest] NEW : Fasper - Parser Testing Framework

Hello All!

            Parser Testing Framework has been donated by AMIQ srl
to Open Source Community under BSD license.
            There were few discussions on ANTLR group about parser
verification, but none of them gave a complete sollution to the parser
verification problem.
