[antlr-interest] Line number in C#

First of all, thank you very much for ANTLR and the support.

I've been reading messages about creating a custom *AST class to get the line 
number. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to keep/return the 
updated values. If there are any samples or pointers that show how to do this in C# 
mode (version 2.7.5) I'd be very grateful.
