The only way Caltech/Nasa will let that out the door is with somebody 
getting "the blame" if something goes wrong.  I.e., somebody has to 
claim ownership of the base ANTLR.

I agreed for BSD on 2.8e (but NOT 2.7.5 and any further bug fix 
releases) as that was the only way.  Further, 3.0 will be BSD license.

Ugh.  I was worried that this would muddy the license on everything! :(
