[antlr-interest] build problem with antlr-2.7.5

Really!?  Damn.

Oh, right. Yeah, that is purely a source distribution....i could have 
sworn Wolfgang and I decided to include antlr.jar in that.  Hmm...

Well it is available below (just the antlr.jar).
