[antlr-interest] antlr-2.7.5.tar.gz missing antlr jar

When I was trying to compile and install the new version of antlr, I
did notice that the antlr.jar was missing from the official tarball.
It was easy enough to download the appropriate .jar and put it in the
right place, but I should think this should be fixed so that others
less experienced don't have trouble in their first experience with
antlr.
