ONLY the *experimental* v2.8.x of Antlr that has Loring's tree stuff.  My
understanding is that this was the only way to get Loring's work released
out of the NASA bureaucracy.


I hope it goes without saying that the Antlr v2.7.x (and earlier) continues
under the current license.

To be clear, Antlr v3.x will be released under a BSD-style open source
license.
