[antlr-interest] StringTemplate 2.1 release!

Howdy,

Just cut the final 2.1 StringTemplate release.  Lots of little fixes 
and feature enhancements.  Here are the release notes:

BTW, an article is almost done where I show how to translate a simple 
language, "C-", to both Java and Python using ANTLR+StringTemplate. :)  
Can generate a new target language w/o recompiling.  Just add a new 
template file. :)
