I tried to compile your source code and I guess it is missing the following
files:

 

BaseCILLexer.cs
CILParserTokenTypes.cs
CILLexerTokenTypes.cs

 

The file in: http://pascallacroix.free.fr/CIL/CILParser1_0.zip should be
updated.

I haven't used the CIL grammar, but it sound's like you need to run the
grammar through ANTLR first, to generate the Parser, Lexer and *TokenTypes
files!!
