[antlr-interest] added challenge to antlr.org submit page

Howdy,

So I got tired of the spam people were adding to the article section  
on the home page of antlr so I added a challenge that I'm assuming a  
spammer would not be able to casually answer:

http://www.antlr.org/submit/challenge?type=article

That should be the end of spam for the site. :)
