ah!  A good argument!  Yes, I remember typing on a french keyboard  
for 6 months.  Fun flipping back and forth between that and US  
layout.  What exactly is the sequence again for single quote on euro- 
keyboards?  What about Asian keyboards?

Ok, so we have a pretty good argument FOR and AGAINST now.  More  
ideas folks?
