[antlr-interest] [v3] glitch in codegen.g

Hi!

I just wanted to update to the last rev from the depot and notice  
that due to a change in
org.antlr.tool.Grammar (changeset 2080 - rev 98) which renamed  
TOKEN_RULENAME to ARTIFICIAL_TOKENS_RULENAME
the CodeGenTreeWalker barfs - it still wants TOKEN_RULENAME :(

Quick fix is obviously to change codegen.g to use the corrent  
ARTIFICIAL_TOKENS_RULENAME.

Ter, have you just forgot to commit the changes in codegen.g? I  
suppose so...:)
