[antlr-interest] Download Page Imporvement!

Hi,

Could you please improve the actual download page?
At the moment it's very confusing and chaotic.

A simple solution for the beginning could be to add the timestamp.
A second step could be to and one more column with very short description (only a few words), cause
in many cases it's not clear what the package name represents or to what other package relates the
specific version.
