[antlr-interest] How the heck do you make this work on Windows?

I've tried downloading the "stand-alone" Win32 executable, downloading the
jar, downloading various versions, and I can't for the life of me make
AntlrWorks actually work.  Can someone explain to me step-by-step how to
make this work?  I have, only once, gotten the GUI to come up, but it didn't
work correctly, refusing to create the syntax diagram, and throwing up an
unintelligible error message when I tried to do almost anything else, like
compiling or debugging.  Shouldn't this be as easy as copy this file to
here, and run it?  What am I missing?
