[antlr-interest] depot access to ANTLR v3

Howdy,

Anybody wanting to get instant updates to ANTLR v3, just email me  
directly.  I'll set up a perforce (readonly) account for you.  I'll  
need to know your machine name, your user name on that machine, and a  
full path to a directory where you want the root of the ANTLR code  
tree to appear.
