There is an Objective C code generator for Antlr in the Gnustep  
project.  It is
in dev-libs/gsantlr.  I contributed some patches about 4 years ago  
that made it
work with Antlr 2.7.1.  I haven't kept up with it so I don't know if  
it works
with the latest release.
