Ha!!! ;)  Just answer the question: "how can you return a recursive- 
descent parser to an arbitrary state in a language w/o  
continuations"?  Prashant's answer was simple and beautiful...he  
wouldn't tell me more than a hint, but it was the key insight and two  
days later I had a similar answer to his.  Damn that dude is smart!   
Anyhoo, the cool thing about v3 is that we'll reuse the existing  
facilities. :)
