Wow. That was way off! I gotta' look before I leap.

But there are some somewhat relevant hits on Google for "Prashant Deva 
Incremental Parser".

There are six hits from searching for "Prashant Deva" alone on 
DeveloperWorks (<http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/>), but none of them 
seem to relate to incremental parsing.
