[antlr-interest] trouble with ANTLR website

That corresponds to what I've seen: normally very fast downloads, but
occasional hangs.  It seems to happen only in large files such as
3.0b5.

I wonder if it's a disk access issue?  Maybe we don't see it anymore
once the data has been cached.
