[antlr-interest] antlr v3 rebuilt

I am not a java user. So could anyone give me detailed instruction on rebuilding antlr v3 b2. I
could not understand what on http://www.antlr.org/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=732, espcially
CLASSPATH.
