[antlr-interest] @init actions in "C Target " have problems with MSVS compilers

I will look at why that is - perhaps I am missing a template, but I
thought that this was all up to date so it must be something trivial.

Actually the latest versions accept $channel as well.  But still 
not HIDDEN (you need to use 99 for the moment instead).
