[antlr-interest] new Exception API in antlr v3

hi all,

i'm currently working on org.antlr.runtime.BaseRecognizer to provide
localize error message in indonesian language, but i'm bit surprised
by the fact that exception API in antlr v3 is not the same as in antlr
v2

can i have proper explenation or resource about the new exception API
in antlr v3?
