Isn't this the old Wrox SharpDevelop v1 book?. It was payware when v1 was
the current version iirc (and Wrox hadn't gone the way of the dodo). I don't
begrudge the project for that btw, I bought it when it was current,
must-have info on what made SharpDevelop tick.
